Deposits
All deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Final Payment
Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to the commencement of your course.
Payment Plans (3 Month)
Payment plans will be withdrawn on the same date of each month, commencing after the first payment.
If payment fails to process on a recurring payment date, an additional late penalty of $50 will be incurred for each failed payment.
Either the first instalment of your payment plan, or your deposit of $650 is required to secure your training date. There are no holds on dates in any circumstance.

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations that occur more than two weeks prior to the training day will forfeit the deposit in full.
Cancellations that occur with fewer than 2 weeks notice will forfeit the tuition in full. Exceptions may be offered for extenuating circumstances, however exceptions are of the discrepancy of Euphoria Beauty Bar.
Late Policy
“If the student is more than 1 hour late, the training will be cancelled and payment will be forfeited as a result of inadequate time to complete necessary training components.
Arrival Policy
When arriving for your training day, please text Jen at 0407 730 066 and wait in your car until instructed otherwise.
Model Policy
Students are responsible for providing their own models required for day 1 and day 2 of their in-person training. If models are not supplied, mannequin heads will be substituted in. Learning experience may be impacted by this, accepted by the individual.
Learning Policies
All pre-course content must be required prior to in-person training. All content & training days must be completed in a satisfactory standard order to receive certificate of completion & graduate the class.
Refunds
No refunds will be provided in any circumstance, including but not limited to illness, lack of ability/outcome or failure to pass necessary course benchmarks or change of mind.
